OK, why does it take so long for this?

All I can say is “why did this take so long?” And why was it ever paused? For Pete’s sake if you're giving them away for free can’t you at least have a reporting mechanism? This lack of forethought is par for the course. They could have you anonymously report this with the testing kit serial number and at least give us scientists some more freaking data…
